My study weeks became more stable once I added a 30-minute review loop every Sunday. I only answer three questions: what moved forward, what got stuck, and what should be dropped.
This keeps me from overcommitting. It also turns vague stress into concrete decisions, especially when balancing classes, project work, and writing.
The key is to keep the review narrow. I do not redesign my whole system each week. I only adjust the next seven days.
